How do I buy something?


When you found a product you like you can click the ‘add to basket’ button. To proceed with your purchase you can click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and add your details to continue.

When can I receive my order?

I don't live in one of the above countries, when do I receive my order?

We aim to cover most of the world when it comes to delivery of your TiiPii Bed.  For all countries outside of Europe please contact us and we will come back to you straight away with the best possible delivery option.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Delivery is always free within the UK and once dispatched we use DPD’s next day delivery service which is tracked and signed for. This includes SMS notification and delivery within a 1 hour window.  We try and keep delivery free throughout Europe with the exception of just a few destinations.  

What methods of payment are accepted?

What's the warranty deal?

Your TiiPii Bed is backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.

We warrant your TiiPii for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Our liability under this  warranty is to repair or replace (at our discretion) any part or your TiiPii Bed covered by this warranty free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  •  Normal wear and tear
  •  Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse
  •  TiiPii’s which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
  •  Any indirect or consequential loss

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I return / exchange items?
